Frontier Infrastructure Holdings、米国最深となるCO2貯留井の掘削完了

Tailwater Capitalの投資先企業であるFrontier Infrastructure Holdings（Frontier）は、University of Wyoming’s School of Energy Resources（SER）と提携して実施していたSweetwater CO2貯留ハブ（SCS Hub）で2本目となる深部特性評価井「J1-15」の掘削作業を完了したことを公表しました。
 
このJ1-15井は総深度5,400ｍに達し、米国でClass VIとして掘削されたCO2貯留井の中で最も深い坑井としています。
 
SCSハブは、米国エネルギー省のCarbonSAFEイニシアチブの一環であり、SERとFrontierが共同で主導しています。
