米国DOEの監査官、Texas Clean Energy Projectの進捗を懸念し、資金提供の一時停止を勧告

米国エネルギー省(DOE)の監査官(Inspector General)は、2010年に資金提供に合意したTexas Clean Energy Project(TCEP)の進捗が計画よりも大幅に遅れていることへの懸念などを理由に、事業者であるSummit Texas Clean Energy LLCが建設費用を確保できるまで、プロジェクトに対する同省からの資金提供を一時停止することなどを勧告する特別報告書を公表しました。
