EnLink Midstream OperatingとOxy Low Carbon Ventures、 運輸サービス協定（TSA）に関する基本合意書を締結

EnLink Midstream Operating（EnLink Midstreamの子会社）とOxy Low Carbon Ventures（Occidentalの子会社）は、 運輸サービス協定（Transportation Services Agreement：TSA）に関する基本合意書（Letter of Intent）を締結したと発表しました。 この条件に基づき、EnLinkはOxy Low Carbon Venturesに対し、WaggamanからBatonRouge（Louisiana州）までミシシッピ川に沿って、CO2輸送サービスを提供するとしています。

EnLinkは、既存および新規のパイプラインと関連インフラストラクチャを利用して、CO2を産業排出者からLivingston Parish（Louisiana州）にあるOxy Low Carbon Venturesが計画する3万エーカー超のCO2貯留施設に輸送する予定です。
