米国EPA、Wyoming州にUICプログラム クラスVI坑井のPrimacy付与

米国EPAは、UICプログラムにおけるCO2貯留用の坑井であるクラスVI坑井の第1位法施行責任(Primacy)を、Wyoming州に付与することを明らかにしました。

クラスVI坑井のPrimacyを得る州としては、North Dakota州に次いで2番目となります。
