米国イリノイ州知事、CCS関連規制法を承認

5月に米国イリノイ州議会の両院で可決していたCCSに関連する規制を制定する法案に米国イリノイ州知事が署名し、Public Act 103-0651：Safety and Aid for the Environment in Carbon Capture and Sequestration Act (通称、SAFE CCS Act)が成立しました。
