Shell、カナダのQuest CCSプロジェクトの建設完了・操業開始

ShellのQuestCCSプロジェクトのプラントをカナダのAlberta州で建設していたFluorがその完了を報告し、Shellは同プロジェクトの操業開始を公表しています。
